Jennifer Lopez Feel The Light Music Video and Idol Performance
Jennifer Lopez slayed her performance last night on American Idol she came out in a beautiful white gown that covered the stage floor 20 feet in circumference to be exact.
While singing her new song Feel The Light her dress seemed to shrink and disappear, but then the universe over took it! The galaxy engulfed her dress with bright colored stars and then the white gown transformed into a movie screen with images of the animated movie Home that Jennifer does a voice over for Lucy the mom of Rihanna’s character Tip.
This performance was unlike anything we have ever seen; truly Jlo is ground breaking and never ceases to amaze us. Last night was only a teaser because today she released her new music video Feel the Light at that too didn’t disappoint!
Here is our Top 3 Things we loved about the Feel The Light Music Video.
- Lets talk about her all white 4 incredible outfits. The skintight jumper fits her perfectly and the outfit screams sexy space cadet! Then the first dress we see is bejeweled with crystals and her make up is on point! It seems like each star was strategically placed on her face. Perfection! We also loved the white ballerina dress that she dances in it just swayed effortlessly from side to side. Then the infamous white gown from her American Idol performance made an appearance, which completed the video.
- She gives us Jenny From the Block in a dance number with the alien race Boovs as her back up dancers… although the song is a slower tempo she couldn’t help but put in some of her jlo flare. The dance was super cute and fun.
- We love that the whole video is based around the animated film Home! The music video was practically a mini trailer for the film. We get to see glimpses of the fun characters! The film is about a lovable misfit from another planet that lands on Earth and he forms an unlikely friendship with an adventurous girl. Feel The Light just adds a great element to the movie.
