Selena Gomez plans to give fans a front row seat to an experience like never before on her new tour.
Revival is usually a term referred to when speaking of church, and if that’s the case then pass me a fan and say amen! Multi-platinum singer and actress Selena Gomez has most recently announced that she will add a July 9 Honda Center performance to her worldwide “Revival Tour,” to give fans an experience like never before.
This journey follows the October 9 release of Selena’s new album “Revival” via Interscope Records. The lead single “Good For You” topped the Top 40 Radio Charts for three consecutive weeks. Gomez, who has sold over 22 million singles worldwide, will embark on her first tour since the sold out 2013 “Stars Dance Tour.”
“Revival” is scheduled to kick off in Las Vegas on May 6 and will hit over 40 cities throughout the country. Gomez is super excited about the tour and new music this year.
I am ready to get back on the road and see my fans in person!” said Gomez. “This album marks a new and very important chapter in my life. I cannot wait to get on stage and perform this new material.
But not only will Selena serve up a hot dish of fresh vocals, Charlie Puth will be joining her on the road. The two just released a hot new track yesterday entitled, We Don’t Talk Anymore. According to an interview with People.com, Puth explained there is a true story behind the song that means much more.
I produced it out in Japan, and I wanted to make a record that has that international type feel to it. Selena came on to it, and it completed it all.
Tickets for the Anaheim stop of the “Revival Tour” go on sale starting Friday, January 29 at 10:00 AM via Ticketmaster.com.
