The Neighbourhood Announces North American Tour
Moody alt-rock band The Neighbourhood recently announced their upcoming North American tour schedule for this fall.
The Los Angeles based band has toured successfully for two years now in support of their debut album I Love You, which received critical acclaim for uniquely blending indie rock and R&B elements into a atmospheric, textural depiction of universal emotions.
The tour starts in New Mexico with a stop in Albuquerque, and from there the band visits multiple major cities, including New York, Washington, D.C., Chicago, and Los Angeles before finishing in Las Vegas.
In 2013, The Neighbourhood shot onto the indie rock scene with their album I Love You, which featured the multi-platinum track “Sweater Weather”, the song that dominated the airwaves for much of 2013.
In November 2014, they also discreetly released a rap inspired mixtape entitled “#000000 & #FFFFFF”, which is the HTML color codes for black and white. On it were artists like French Montana, YG, and more.
They’ve toured a lot over the past two years, including festivals like Coachella, and they are continuing this streak with their new North American tour, which starts September 14th.
Pre-sale tickets for select dates are available June 24, while general admission tickets will be available starting June 25 and 26.
