Best Cocktails For Girls’ Night

You can’t have a girls night without a signature cocktail. Here are our favorite cocktails that you can make for your next girls night!

Pretty in Pink By: The Spruce Eats

Ingredients: 3 ounces of Vodka, 1.5 ounces of St. Germain Elderflower Liqueur, 1/2 a grapefruit (juiced), 1/2 a lemon (juiced), sugar, Garnish: 1 to 2 sprigs of rosemary.

Directions: Use a cut lemon to coat the rim of a glass and dip the rim in sugar to coat. Mix the ingredients in a shaker with ice. Shake well. Pour into glass, without straining, and garnish with rosemary.

Beauty Elixir – By: The Spruce Eats

Ingredients: 1 1/2 ounces gin, 1/2 ounce strawberry puree (or muddled fresh strawberries with a pinch of sugar), 1/2 ounce lemon juice, 3 1/2 ounces champagne (or more as needed to fill your glass), Garnish: strawberry, lime or cucumber.

Directions: Combine gin, strawberries (strawberry puree) and lemon juice in a shaker with ice. Shake well. Strain into glass. Top with Champagne and garnish with strawberry, lime or cucumber. 

“Girls Night In” – By: Barefoot Wine & Bubbly

Ingredients: 85 ml Barefoot Pink Moscato, 7 ml Fresh Lime Juice, 14 ml Simple Syrup, 45 ml Strawberry Soda.

Directions: Combine Barefoot Pink Moscato, soda, lime juice and simple syrup in a shaker with ice. Shake to blend and chill. Strain into glass. Garnish with lime wheel or strawberry.

Blood Orange Negroni Punch – By: Rachael Ray Every Day

Ingredients: 2 lemons, 2 cups fresh blood orange juice, plus 1 blood orange, 1 cup Campari, 1 cup gin, 1/4 cup sweet vermouth, 6 cups club soda (chilled).

Directions: Make the ice: Fill ice cartons, add lemon and freeze until solid. In a punch bowl, stir together the blood orange juice, Campari, gin and vermouth. Add the ice and club soda. Garnish with blood orange slices on top.

Red Mojitos – By: Rachael Ray Every Day

Ingredients: 1 tablespoon sugar, 7 mint leaves, 1/2 lime quartered, 1 1/2 ounces light rum (optional), 2 1/2 ounces cranberry juice, 1 1/2 ounces tonic, and ice.

Directions: Put sugar, mint and lime in glass and press ingredients against the glass (to release flavors). Add rum (if using) and ice; top off with juice and tonic. Stir.
