13 Oct College Purse Essentials!
Some people feel comfortable turning up to class with a pen and a notebook, and others need to bring everything but the kitchen sink. Here is a list of essentials you should be taking with you to make your day easier.
Something To Make You smell good
Running from class to class can leave you sweaty, so pack some extra deodorant and perfume to keep you feeling fresh. Native deodorants smell good enough to eat, especially their limited-edition Pumpkin Spice.
As tempting as it may be, you can’t just run on coffee. Bring some yummy and healthy snacks to munch on throughout the day, such as cereal bars, nuts or protein bars. Try to avoid sugary snacks that will leave you with a sugar crash.
Pack some period essentials in a bag just in case you get your period unexpectedly. Tampons, pads, liners and painkillers are a good start. It can also be a good idea to pack a spare pair of underwear just in case. If you suffer from period pain, hand warmers work as a mini hot water bottle.
Multi-tasking heroes are the best for this category. Benefit’s Benetint is a perfect way to give your cheeks some color, as well as perking up your lips. Glossier’s Boy Brow will hold your eyebrows in place while giving them some color and texture. A face mist can be used before or after make up, and is a great way to wake yourself up. Go even further with Pixi’s Sun Mist and use it to top up your SPF and freshen up your make up.
Mini First Aid Kit
Headaches, colds, and paper cuts are a pain at the best of times. But not being prepared for them makes them so much worse. Pack plasters, painkillers, cold and flu tablets, alcohol wipes and a small bandage in a cute bag to keep in your purse.
Other essentials in a college bag obviously include your stationary, a reusable water bottle and your wallet. Don’t forget your planner! A good rule of thumb is to go from head to toe and think of all the things you use in a day that you wouldn’t want to be without. What are some of your bag essentials? Let us know down below!
