Welcome back to another episode of “Feel Good Friday’s W/ Liv Teixeira!” In this week’s episode our host, Liv, discusses four things to tackle December!

As 2020 comes to a close it is important to end a positive note and look forward to the upcoming year. Our host explains four vital steps to implement this December before ringing in the new year.

Identifying Your Favorite Memory

Liv asks us to identify our favorite memory from this year with friends, family and ourselves. This act of positivity will allow us to reflect on the moments we are grateful for.

Liv acknowledges that although this year might not have brought many big and wonderful moments, it is important to acknowledge even the smallest things that we can hold as a wonderful memory.

Reflecting on the Past Year

Liv tells us to reflect on our past year and the different elements of our lives. Reflect on all components of life, such as relationships or even career.

By identifying what went well this year and what maybe has room for improvement in each category will not only allow us to appreciate the progress we have made but identify what goals can be set for the next year.

Three Things to Accomplish

Keeping goals for next year in mind, our host challenges us to identify three things you want to accomplish in 2021. Liv reminds us that it is important to not only have three goals but to stick to them. Liv teaches us that a great way to stick to these goals is to identify one and start today!

Although this may seem daunting at first, starting progress on one of your goals prior to the new year beginning will place you in a position of confidence, and trust by January. Liv explains that by starting early we put ourselves at an advantage to succeed.

Being Grateful

Liv concludes this segment by reminding us to be grateful for the things we have. During this year a climate of fear has been so prevalent however, being grateful for the family, friends and life we do have will bring positivity into our lives. Liv stresses reintroducing gratitude into our lives.
