27 Apr Gigi Hadid Celebrates 26th Birthday with Cheese Themed Party
Say cheese! Gigi Hadid celebrated her 26th birthday over the weekend, with a cheese-themed birthday party in New York City. She was surrounded by her closest friends and loved ones, including longtime lover, Zayn Malik.
The birthday girl celebrated with Malik, sister Bella Hadid, makeup artist Patrick Ta and other friends! They enjoyed catering from Gorilla Cheese food truck and were all photographed in front of it.
Birthday Love
Malik went all out for the model’s birthday. At the beginning of the day, Hadid posted a photo on her Instagram story of the beautiful flowers he gifted her in the morning and captioned the photo “Wow @zayn.”
The party was filled with flower bouquets and pink and yellow balloons for decoration. Hadid wore a matching set including, the Shield knit top and Tent knit pants from Isa Boulder. Her sister also look stylish in a striped cutout body suit and bright orange pants.
“I wouldn’t be able to do this life without you @gigihadid. Thank you for all that you have taught me and for always supporting me the way you do. Happy birthday bestie. I love you so much,” Bella wrote on Instagram.
Loads of PDA
The hottest moment of the night was when Hadid and Malik stepped outside, in front of the food truck.
While the food looked delicious, Malik only had eyes for Hadid. They showed off PDA as they waited for their food and weren’t shy about it either!
As they held hands and snuggled up outside, Malik moved his hand to rest right on Hadid’s bottom. The internet was going crazy after pictures were released, and the PDA moment went viral.
Follow up pictures led fans to believe Bella jokingly moving Malik’s hand off of her sister’s butt to her waist. That’s what little sisters are for!
CHEESE-cake
Later in the night, several guests, including Ta, posted a video showing Malik leading a conga line, and bringing Hadid a cake shaped like a block of cheese. All the guests were wearing making trucker hat’s in Hadid’s honor.
The video showed Malik holding the cake as the guests sang “Happy Birthday.” Little sister Bella was wrapped around Hadid and gave her a big hug while singing.
Other than celebrating Hadid’s special day, they’ve been spending time with their new baby. The happy parents gave birth to their first baby, Khai, in September. They’ve been enjoying parenthood and new family life!
Baby Khai was with grandma, Yolanda Hadid, while the party went on. Yolanda and her boyfriend made a stop by the party’s food truck, at the end of the night.
By the looks of it, this birthday party was a major success!
