Holly Jolly Christmas Punch
What’s a holiday party without a punch? The Holly Jolly Christmas Punch is super tasty and super easy to make, only taking about eight minutes to make. This punch is a guaranteed crowd-pleaser, mix 1 bottle (64 oz) cranberry juice, 2 cans (46 oz each) pineapple juice, 1 bottle (750 mL) tequila and, 1 bottle (2 liters) Squirt. Once mixed top with cranberries and lime slices to garnish.
Not only does this recipe taste delicious, but it makes your whole house smell amazing. Mulled wine is the perfect warm cocktail for this season and the recipe is super easy too. The recipe calls for 2 bottles of red wine (or whatever wine you prefer), 4 cups apple cider, 1/2 cup brandy, 1/4 cup honey, 4 cinnamon sticks, 2 slices oranges, 8 whole cloves, 12 black peppercorns and additional cinnamon sticks and orange slices for garnish.
Salted Caramel White Russians
Love salted caramel? Look no further because these Salted Caramel White Russians are the perfect holiday cocktail, and super easy to make. This minimal-ingredient drink will be a drink to sit back, savor and relax with. Mix 1 part salted caramel coffee liqueur (Bailey’s or Kaluha), 2 parts salted caramel vodka, 1 part half and half, and drizzle caramel around your glass for garnish and added flavor.
Peppermint Bark Hot Chocolate
Is there a better holiday drink than spiked peppermint hot chocolate? Probably not. For this recipe you’ll mix 8 cups whole milk, 1 can sweetened condensed milk, 3 cups bittersweet or semisweet chocolate chips, 1/4 cup crème de menthe or vodka, 1 tbsp vanilla extract, 1 tsp peppermint extract, 1/4 tsp salt, whipped cream and crushed candy canes on top for garnish. This is the perfect cocktail to savor and enjoy while watching your favorite holiday movies!
Spicy Pickle Bloody Mary
Here’s a twist on the popular Bloody Mary; the Spicy Pickle Bloody Mary. This cocktail adds a bit of spice and can be super delicious too. Combine 1/2 cup lemon juice, 1 tbsp horseradish (squeezed of excess moisture), 1 tsp Tabasco, 2 tsp Worcestershire sauce, 1/2 tsp black pepper, 1/2 tsp celery salt (optional), 8 small pepperoncini peppers, 1 tbsp brine, 3 cups tomato juice, 3/4 cup vodka, 1 seedless cucumber (cut into sticks). While this cocktail might not be for everybody, it’s something new to try and might be a new favorite!
Hot toddies are a classic cocktail staple and will keep you warm as you relax and hang out with family. Hot toddies are both light and hydrating and not overwhelmingly sweet. Combine 3/4 cup water, 1 1/2 oz whiskey, 2 -3 tsp honey, 2-3 tsp lemon juice, a lemon slice and 1 cinnamon stick for added flavor and garnish. Hot toddies are also known to reduce cold symptoms, which is especially helpful this time of year!
