16 Dec Lana Del Rey Is Reportedly Engaged to Boyfriend Clayton Johnson!
The Ring
Lana Del Rey, 35, is rumored to be engaged to her boyfriend singer, Clayton Johnson. She was seen wearing a huge ring on her left ring finger on her appearance on “The Tonight Show starring Jimmy Fallon” this week. As she performed “Let Me Love You Like a Woman,” the singer flashed a shiny rock on her finger.
Fans began to speculate that the star could be engaged and took to Instagram to find that the ring could be seen in recent posts.
According to People, a nameless source has confirmed that the couple is indeed engaged.
The Relationship
The two have been linked since August when they followed each other on Instagram. On Halloween, the couple wore matching Wizard of Oz costumes. Johnson was seen on Instagram live on election night. According to People, the two met on a dating app. So there is hope for all of us!
Prior to this relationship, Lana was in a very off brand relationship with a police officer. Lana and Johnson appear to be a much better match for each other! We are wishing them well.
Who Is Clayton Johnson?
Johnson is not a stranger to fame. He was a member of a band called The Johnsons with his two brothers. They started on Youtube where they performed covers of popular songs. He was also an actor in DNCE’s “Cake by the Ocean” music video. Johnson performed with many 2000’s pop punk favorites including Stereo Skyline, and opened for groups like Good Charlotte, Third Eye Blind, and Boys Like Girls. He is also a model, and has posted his campaigns for Forever 21 to his Instagram.
Clayton is from a town called Modesto California that People describes as being in the outskirts of the Bay Area. From experience, I know that it is a small city in the middle of the Central Valley, so homeboy has really made it from nowhere.
