Day in the Life of Laura Bryna
Bryna talks us through a day in her life. Her life on tour is very repetitive and hectic. She does interviews for radio, TV, and magazines as well as meets with different bands. She goes on to rehearse, perform, then gets on the bus and does it all over again.
“It’s that addictive feeling connecting with your audience,” Bryna shares.
Covid-19 has been difficult, especially for touring. Bryna talks about how she misses her one on one connection with her fans.
Social media has given Bryna that outlet to connect with her them even through these tough times.
Bryna just came out with her newest single, “Stars are Falling” and is currently number two in the UK.
Laura describes the song to be a “love song, but not a smooshy love song.” She describes the meaning of the song, “when stuff hits the fan, who is that person that you want to be standing there with.”
The song went through various rewrites and, in the end, was turned into a powerful anthemic song.
The music video added a whole other level to the meaning behind the song. It demonstrates how we can go through tough times, but still come together as one.
“We do come together, regardless of what is going on, in the world, our country, we are all humans, we all have a kind heart, it takes too much energy to be mean,” Laura powerfully adds.
Talking about her journey, Laura discusses her dream, how it keeps going and how she never knows where her it will take her.
When asked about her vision as an artist, Laura says, “I would love to continue doing what I love.” She sees only learning in her future and knows she will never stop learning.
“Sweet Revenge” is another hit single with a whole different twist from her other song, “Stars are Falling.” “Sweet revenge” is a dance song and is in the top ten on the Billboard dance charts right now. It shows a different side to Laura, and we love to see it!
