Los Angeles Bars and Pubs to Visit This St. Patrick’s Day

It’s St.Patrick’s Day and Los Angeles is open and ready to  take shots of whiskey and cheers pints of Guinness at the bar. If you are looking for somewhere fun to spend this St. Patrick’s Day, we’ve got you covered!

Brennan’s Pub

Brennan’s is a favorite of Marina del Rey since 1972. They serve burgers, pizza, wings, bar bites, and craft brews.  Brennan’s is known for their turtle races, which have unfortunately been cancelled for now. 

This year, Brennan’s will be open for St. Patrick’s Day from 12pm-2am. According to their website, Brennan’s will be offering green beer, car bombs, corned beef, and good times. 

There will be a cover charge of $15 at the door, which gets you “a corned beef sando and all the fun you can handle.”

Some things to keep in mind before heading over to Marina Del Rey is that there will be no parties larger than six allowed and all members of your party must be from the same household per LA County. 

The Auld Dubliner Irish Pub & Restaurant

 One of L.A. County’s most popular Irish pubs has reopened for on-premises service just in time for St. Patrick’s Day.

The Auld Dubliner  is a classic Irish pub with authentic food, live music, and a full bar turning out pints in Long  Beach. 

You can visit today from 11am-midnight. There will be indoor and outdoor dining. Seating will be on a first come/first served basis; there will be no reservations today. 

The Whooligans will be playing Live on the patio 6pm-midnight. Enjoy a pint of Guinness and a meal of traditional pub fare.

Hennessey’s Taverns

Hennessey’s is an Irish-style pub chain serving breakfast, bar bites, burgers, and more in a casual, traditional space.

You can find Hennessey’s Tavern all over the coast of Los Angeles from the South Bay to San Diego. Redondo Beach, Hermosa, Manhattan, Laguna, Costa Mesa and more! Your neighborhood meeting place. Since being founded in 1976 by Paul Hennessey,Hennessey’s Tavern, Inc. has grown from a single location in Hermosa Beach.

According to their website, Mr. Hennessey credits the company’s success to the fact that it has found a market niche and not deviated from it, even as Hennessey’s Tavern, Inc. has continued to expand.

If you are looking for a place to celebrate that has good ambiance and great food, Hennessey’s Tavern is the place for you! Their various locations will be open today until 2am.

Jameson’s Pub Santa Monica

Jameson’s Pub in Santa Monica says, “Grab your best green garb and join us for St. Patrick’s Day!”

Jameson’s offers sports, whiskey, and music in Santa Monica. The pub is inside a beautiful historic building that features the Westside’s largest oval bar.Jameson’s Pub is located off of sunny Main Street in Silicon Beach, only two blocks from the ocean. This is the perfect place for a fun St. Patrick’s Day evening in Santa Monica!

Art’s District Brewing Company

The Arts District Brewing Company opened in December 2015 in downtown L.A.’s historic Arts District. 

For St. Patrick’s Day 2021 the Art’s District Brewing Company will be open from 12pm-12am! Come get your green beer, Jameson and Irish grub  open noon to midnight. Max time allowed at a table will be 1.5 hours.

The Arts District Brewing  is bringing back the Riverdance Irish Red and McCasey Dry Irish Stout, as well as featuring Jameson Caskmates boilermaker specials. There will be no cover required! If you’re in the Downtown LA area, we definitely recommend checking out the Art’s District Brewing Company’s St. Patrick’s Day celebration.

The Cat & Fiddle

The Cat & Fiddle Pub & Restaurant is located in Hollywood. It will be open for a jovial time this St. Patrick’s Day.

This year the Cat & Fiddle is celebrating their third St. Patrick’s Day at their new location from 11am to 10pm.

The menu will include homemade Corned Beef & Cabbage served all day, discounted $6 Guinness and Harp pints from 4pm-7pm, and a burlesque performance by Ms. Marquez at 5:30pm.

Rock and Reilly’s

Rock and Reilly’s is another great place to celebrate St. Patrick’s Day in the LA area. It is located in West Hollywood.

Rock and Reilly’s is an Irish pub inspired by speakeasies and rock and roll music. 

It offers traditional Irish food in a comfortable setting. It will be open today from 5pm-2am.
