During last week’s reunion of the Bravo reality series, “Southern Charm” drama was addressed and rumors were put to the test!
However, one rumor was officially debunked involving Madison Lecroy and Alex Rodriguez.
The Rumor in Question
Lecroy was accused by castmates of sleeping with a ex major league baseball player! Host of the reunion episode, Andy Cohen, added fuel to the fire by adding in that the mystery man in question was very famous and married!
Fan speculation pointed all fingers to Jennifer Lopez’s fiancé, Alex Rodriguez! Madison Lecroy has now broken her silence and is putting this wild claim to rest!
In a statement given to Page Six, Lecroy shares that she and Arod “have never met in person, and only spoken on the phone.” She continued stating the two have “never been physical … never had any kind of anything. Just an acquaintance.”
Both Parties are ‘Innocent’
Lecroy also shared that she did not want the network to air the footage involving Rodriguez.
“I don’t know what to do,” she said, adding that she “told the wrong person” on her cast about having contact with Alex Rodriguez. “I have tried to be as quiet as possible. I don’t want anything bad for his family, or for mine. We are definitely innocent in this.”
And although Rodriguez has not given a statement, a source close to him told US Weekly that him and Lecroy have “never met.” It seems this relationship is simply one that never occurred, putting Arod and JLO fan’s hearts at ease!
