21 Jun Miley Cyrus Announces New Peacock Pride Special
On Thursday, the singer announced the news onher social media accounts.
“What comes first the Peacock or the egg?! Don’t really know…. But I do know I’m coming to @PeacockTV June 25th for my #MileyPrideSpecial in my hometown Nashville, TN to celebrate #Pride,” she wrote.
Of course, the poster art for the event, shows Cyrus decked out in her glamorous aesthetic, with a glitter pink background.
In honor of Pride, Cyrus is ready to “Party in The U.S.A.” In the trailer, we see Cyrus rocking out at the historic Ryman Auditorium, of course, in glam-rock costumes.
Cyrus will be performing a setlist of hits such as “The Climb.” and covering beloved classics, like “Believe,” “True Colors,” “We Belong,” and “Dancing Queen.” To make this event even better, a special Madonna medley featuring “Music,” “Express Yourself,” and “Like A Prayer” will be performed.
“Tonight will be all about celebration, everybody is welcome here,” Cyrus declares in the promo.
The hour-long concert will feature special guests, award-winning artists and prominent LGBTQ+ allies. This includes Brothers Osborne, Mickey Guyton, Little Big Town, Maren Morris and Orville Peck.

This event will be the first of many, as Cyrus signed an overall talent and development deal with NBCUniversal Television and Streaming, which includes performances.
Additionally, Cyrus’ agreement includes her own production company with mom Tish Cyrus, Hopetown Entertainment.
“I have had an incredible long-lasting relationship with NBC for years,” Cyrus told Variety. “Many memorable moments in my career have been shared and supported by NBCU! This feels like a natural progression and I am looking forward to creating content that we love and hope everyone who watches does too!”
