29 Jan Pamela Anderson Marries Her Bodyguard
Pamela Anderson revealed that she and her bodyguard, Dan Hayhurst, tied the knot in her Vancouver Island home on Christmas Eve.
“I’m exactly where I need to be—in the arms of a man who truly loves me.”
The 51-year-old “Baywatch” star and her beau, trade builder-turned-bodyguard, fell in love during the COVID-19 lockdown.
Although they’ve only known each other for a year, Anderson says that it feels much longer after having to spend everyday together during the quarantine.

“This one year together has felt like seven—like dog years. I am in love. We were married on Christmas Eve with both families’ blessings, everyone we know is happy for us,” She said.
“I was married on the property I bought form my grandparents 25 years ago, this is where my parents were married and they are still together. I feel like I have come full circle.”
The ceremony was officiated by a local pastor. Anderson wore a vintage cream-colored dress, paired with a long veil and Hunter rain boots. No family or friends were present as the couple recited traditional wedding vows. The couple opted for a two-tier, vegan wedding cake to celebrate their day, and describes their special day as ‘natural’ and ‘spontaneous.’
Who is Hayhurst
Hayhurst is a builder who assisted Anderson with repairs on her family home. He’s also a huge animal rights activist, having built multiple barns housing animals in need.
I Do, I Do, I Do, I Do…Again!
Depending on who you ask, this marks the fourth or fifth marriage for the Playboy Playmate.
After knowing him for only a total of 4 days, Anderson married Tommy Lee, the drummer of the band Motley Crue, in February 1995. Their marriage produced 2 sons, Brandon Lee, 24, and Dylan Lee, 23. The couple divorced in 1998.
Next, Anderson married American poker player, Rick Salomon, twice! The couple first married in October 2007 and ended by annulment in 2008. In January 2014, the couple announced that they had reconciled and quietly remarried. This second marriage to Salomon would end April 29, 2015. Salomon is also the ex-husband of actress Shannen Doherty.
It was also reported in early 2020 that the actress married Hollywood producer, 74-year-old Jon Peters. That marriage would last for only 12 days. Anderson has never addressed the validity of their marriage, nor confirmed if any formal documents were ever filed.
