Circuit A
Circuit A starts off strong with a jump front into a sprinter pose. This is followed by a “glute bridge get up” and a tricep dip. Kaley finishes off this circuit with a side plank hold that helps you really feel the burn!
Circuit B
Circuit B starts with an alternating curtsy into a squat jump! She reminds us to stay low and point our toes for the best results. Next up is a “push up plank shoot through.” This trio definitely had us breaking a sweat! To kick the workout up a notch Kaley challenges us to do as many push ups as we can before dipping to a plank. This circuit finishes off with a reverse crunch and leg down combo.
Circuit C
Circuit C keeps the energy pumping! This circuit starts with an oblique crunch into a squat. From there Kaley has us do “pinball squats.” She describes this exercise by telling us to remember to “deadlift then drop!” The circuit is almost over, but we aren’t done yet! This circuit finishes strong with ”two speed sprawls” into “two plank kickbacks!”
