05 Apr Taylor Swift Releases ‘Fearless (Taylor’s Version)’ Tracklist
Taylor Swift remains the queen of planting easter eggs and subtle clues for her fans! Swift teased the new additions to her upcoming re-recorded second album “Fearless (Taylor’s Version),” over Easter weekend before revealing the full tracklist
The video features a selection of jumbled-up words emerging, quite fittingly, from a golden vault.
“The vault door is about to be as unhinged as you’ll think I am after you watch this video.” read Swift’s caption. The singer joked that the decoding activity was intended for “experts.”
The re-recorded album, appropriately called “Fearless (Taylor’s Version)”, will feature six additional unreleased tracks from “The Vault.” The songs were all written about a decade ago by a young Swift for the initial album.
The Frenzied Decoding
Fans lost no time in stepping up to the challenge, immediately trying to decode the clues.
Urban and Swift have previously collaborated on a track titled “Highway Don’t Care.”
Fans also believed “Fearless (Taylor’s Version)” will include the songs “Bye, Bye Baby,” “That’s When,” “Mr. Perfectly Fine,” and “Don’t You.” We also know, from one of Taylor’s recent social media announcements, that the single “You All Over Me” featuring singer-songwriter Maren Morris, will be on the album.
The Big Reveal
The “Willow” songstress unveiled the full tracklist for her new album on Saturday, following the tons of decoding her fans were up to.
Swift also confirmed rumors of the Keith Urban collaboration in the same post.
“I’m really honored that @KeithUrban is a part of this project, duetting on That’s When and singing harmonies on We Were Happy,” she wrote. Swift added that “his music has inspired [her] endlessly.”
“Fearless (Taylor’s Version)” will be released on April 9.
