Make Believe

High above the streets of the lower east side, Make Believe is a newer rooftop social club in the city perched atop the SIXY LES Hotel. This tropical themed bar has two outdoor terraces, and a cocktail list inspired by Japanese flowers.

Indulge in a summer evening spent under a disco ball, with DJ’s featured around the globe. Reservations here fill up quick, so it is recommended you make reservations a month ahead if you want to drink a sake inspired cocktail in a pink booth.

Refinery Rooftop

Want jaw dropping views of the Manhattan skyline and Empire State Building? Refinery Rooftop is one of midtown’s most dynamic spaces and so-called “unforgettable rooftop experience.” Refinery Rooftop is a fashionably decorated indoor and outdoor terrace, located above the Refinery Hotel with a glass roof. If you’re in the mood for an afternoon lunch, or a handcrafted cocktail, this rooftop is the place for you.

The Greens

Dinner and a movie? This is NYC’s “ultimate outdoor dining retreat.” The Greens returns on May 3, for a new seasonal menu and summer cocktails, just above Lower Manhattan at Pier17. The stunning view overlooks the Brooklyn Bridge and seaport.

This rooftop is designed with seating arrangements in your own mini patches of grass. It’s styled with cabana themed lounge chairs, charging stations, and Yeti coolers. Each mini lawn reservation can have up to eight guests. You can make reservations for movies by 7 p.m., which usually start around 8 p.m. You don’t want to miss out on this!

Mr. Purple

Looking to capture the vibrant views of the Lower East Side while taking a dip in a rooftop pool? Mr. Purple has it all. It’s a rooftop bar, pool and restaurant with a variety of seating options located on the 15th floor of Hotel Indigo Lower East Side.

This rooftop is the perfect spot for the summer!  Enjoy a drink with your toes in the pool while vibing to your favorite music. You can even try the “Mr. Purple” specialty drink while you’re there.

PHD Terrace

Yes, this is the place with the flower tunnel! PHD Terrace is the spot to be to enjoy the best panoramic views of the city.  It’s located in the heart of New York City, at the top of Dream Hotel Midtown.

Gather a group of friends for a perfect escape with an indoor atmosphere on the lower level. Then, head outside to the upper level for an evening of sparkling lights on the Terrace. It’s the perfect place to unwind after a long day and enjoy your cocktail and truffle parmesan fries.

This next spot is New York’s largest outdoor rooftop garden and enclosed penthouse lounge! 230 Fifth is known for its year round hospitality and views located on Fifth Ave. The best time to go is at night to sip your boozy Frosé in front of the Empire State Building. This year-round rooftop has an indoor nightclub on the lower level, and an outdoor terrace on the upper level.
